Fantasy in the Shadows Ch. 1The long paved road stretched from horizon to horizon, a long narrow path slicing through a large sandy desert. Dirt covers up patches here and there, as lumps of rusted metal lie baking in the sun randomly strewn across it's rocky surface. A small bronze colored creature slowly approaches the strange geographic anomaly that has invaded it's native desert, drawn to the giant lumps of iron in front of it. Cautiously it lifts it's self up out of the deep sand, looking from side to side. Unable to spot any near predators, and deeming the area safe. It quickly rushed across the hard rocky surface, scampering to the nearest hunk of metal, with it'Fantasy in the Shadows Ch. 1
